WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Senior AI Developer, you will be involved in the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions based on Agentic AI workflows to improve our clients’ delivery approach. You will act as a technical pillar for the team, guiding developers, enforcing best practices, and continuously exploring new AI tools to meet both functional and technical requirements while maintaining an end-to-end architecture overview.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Agentic AI solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures, workflows, and microservices

• Guide development teams through code reviews and enforce software & AI best practices

• Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Design and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance

• Mentor and support team members on Generative AI standards and design principles

• Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement MLOps pipelines and ensure responsible, high-quality AI systems

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture reviews, and team guidance

• Strong interest in AI innovation, with a research-driven mindset

• Hands-on experience with agent-based systems, including A2A and Agentic UI interactions

• Solid understanding of AI safety, authorization, and Responsible AI principles

• Experience with model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring

• Strong communication skills in English (technical and non-technical stakeholders)

• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering impactful AI solutions

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
