About the role

We are looking for a new student to join our team in Accenture.
Our Budapest office is located in the 9th district, and we are looking for someone who is able to work 20-30 hours/week.
During summer vacation period there will be higher availability required.

What will be your responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for administrative functions of the reception desk
  • ​Handle incoming/outgoing calls
  • Handle incoming/outcoming mail
  • Direct customers and visitors inquiries

Required skills and experience:

  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge (both verbal and written)
  • Ongoing university or college studies
  • Ability to work 20-30 hours/week
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic organizational skills with attention to detail
