What would you do? Lead end-to-end recruitment MIS, analytics, and reporting strategy
Design and manage advanced dashboards (pipeline, funnel conversion, TAT, cost-per-hire, offer metrics)
Generate actionable insights on hiring trends, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance
Build automated reporting solutions using Excel / Power BI to improve efficiency
Analyze large datasets from ATS, job portals, and internal systems
Create high-impact presentations (weekly/monthly reviews, leadership decks) with clear data storytelling
Translate complex data into simple, executive-ready insights and narratives
Support leadership discussions with data-backed recommendations and visuals
Drive predictive insights (forecasting, drop-off trends, offer decline analysis)
What are we looking for? Strong experience in MIS / analytics within recruitment or HR domain
Advanced expertise in Excel + strong hands-on PowerPoint skills (storyboarding, visualization)
Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar tools
Strong ability to convert data into compelling stories and presentations
Experience working with senior stakeholders / leadership reviews
High analytical ability with strong attention to detail
Ability to balance data depth with business storytelling
Advanced Excel (automation, Power Query, dashboards)
PowerPoint (advanced) – storytelling, executive decks, visualization
Power BI / Tableau – dashboarding and insights
ATS systems and recruitment analytics
Data modeling, cleaning, and validation
Roles and Responsibilities: Own recruitment dashboards, reporting frameworks, and presentation packs
Act as the single source of truth for TA data and insights
Standardize reporting templates and leadership decks across hiring teams
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency
Identify process gaps using data and recommend improvements
Deliver regular business reviews (MBR/WBR/QBR) with structured insights
Enable stakeholders with self-serve dashboards and visual reports
Handle ad-hoc deep dives and executive-level presentations
Mentor junior team members (if applicable)
