• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
• Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions that align with business requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in payroll implementations.
• Familiarity with best practices in technology delivery and change management.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
