Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, developing software solutions, and conducting testing and debugging activities. With your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform, you will contribute to the development of innovative and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
• Conduct testing and debugging activities to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.
• Provide technical support and address any issues or bugs that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
  -Must have knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, Dat Streams, designing of Data Models
  -Must have experience in creation of Segments, Activations and Calculated Insights
  -Good to have knowledge in Salesforce Development features.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience in designing and building applications to meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years of full-time education is required.
