Project Role: Solution Enablement Practitioner

Project Role Description: Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Educational Qualification: A Masters or Bachelor degree with relevant strong solution architect experience

Summary:

As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect providing solution design and solution approval process. When required, provide costing, response development, and operations support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of solution implementation and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Assist in solution design and approval process.
• Provide costing for solutions.
• Develop responses to client requirements.
• Offer operations support for implemented solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in solution implementation and delivery.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is open for almost all the locations in India.
• A Graduate or Master graduate with good grades and 10 plus years Solution Architect experience with related certifications is good to have
