What would you do? Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce

**What are we looking for?**The Learning Administration Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing learning systems, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of learning and development programs. This role combines administrative expertise with technical proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand(CSOD) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics to support organizational learning strategies.Roles and Responsibilities: •LMS Management• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS).Training Coordination• Schedule and manage training sessions (virtual and in-person).

  • Handle participant registration, confirmations, and attendance tracking.

  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless program delivery.

  • Reporting & Analytics• Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and engagement.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Continuous Improvement• Stay updated on learning technologies and best practices.

  • Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.

  • Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: 0-1 years in learning administration or LMS management.

  • Skills: o Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone).o Strong organizational and time management skills.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.o Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
