Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
