As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
