Data Science Research Senior Analyst

This role is in Accenture Research Global Data Science Team, and it will be fully dedicated to support research projects in terms of data provisioning and development of research solutions.

We are looking for curious candidates that will combine data engineering skills, creativity, and analytical capabilities to accelerate Accenture’s data-driven business research and insight discovery.

Key Responsibilities include:

Support global and local research projects on themes aligned to our Accenture Research priorities and efforts.
Design, develop and maintain data solutions in cloud environment.
Promote and implement best practices and modern approaches for big data processing and management.

Experience and skills:
“Hard” skills:
Design and develop data pipelines and processes orchestration.
Experience in designing data architecture and governance, data warehousing, data quality management, and master data management.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform with special focus on data services such as Cloud Composer, Big Query and Dataflow, AllloyDB. The experience of working with alternative cloud platforms in similar scope is also acceptable.
Excellent knowledge of Python language, particularly in processing of structured and unstructured data
Proficiency in SQL for processing large datasets
Experience in working on Linux operational system.
Experience in developing Machine Learning / AI tools is a plus, with a focus on Gen AI solutions.
Knowledge in development of application integration solutions is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver high quality data products.
Understanding business requirements and how to convert them into data processing solutions.
Ability to handle multiple projects with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team.

Additional Information:

Reports to: Research Principal Director in Data Science research
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar. Masters’ degree preferred.
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience related to data engineering, GenAI agents and business insights.
Location: Hyderabad, India
