Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing system capabilities to adapt to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle FCC applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within financial consolidation systems.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between financial systems.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
