Job Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key insurance domain (e.g. Life, Non-Life)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
