As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to specific needs. You will serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Your role requires managing various aspects of application delivery, from initial planning to deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive successful outcomes.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
• Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Document design decisions and development processes to maintain clear project records.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Data Analytics, Data Governance.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and visualization techniques within cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to analytics services.
• Familiarity with best practices in data security and compliance within cloud platforms.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
