Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a SAS Specialist. As an essential part of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using SAS tools and languages.

We are looking for a hybrid profile with mastery of both technical and functional components, proficient in Portuguese and with solid banking knowledge, preferably within the context of Portugal.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience using SAS tools.

• Experience in data analysis and development of analytical solutions using SAS tools (e.g., SAS Base, SAS Guide, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Data Integration Studio).

• Solid understanding of BI architecture and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, with attention to data quality and integrity.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using SAS tools.

• Conduct data analysis to extract relevant insights and contribute to decision-making.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand requirements and provide analytical support.

• Design and implement ETL processes.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the SAS ecosystem.

• Discuss and refine requirements with stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of BI architecture

• Strong knowledge of SAS DIS and SAS Guide

• Strong knowledge of banking in the Portuguese context, with a particular focus on Credit, Risk, Credit Recovery, Impairment, and Default.
