Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture design and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
