Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands proactive problem-solving, coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery, and continuously refining solutions to meet evolving business needs. The engineer plays a pivotal role in driving project success by managing priorities and facilitating effective communication across multiple groups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG applications to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
