Summary:

As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands active communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring coordination across various teams and adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on achieving strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Good To Have Skills: Service Desk Management, Incident Management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Experience in managing operational processes and ensuring system availability and performance.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure operations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
