Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to support organizational goals effectively, ensuring seamless integration and performance within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in developing and deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with query languages and data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data integrity.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
