Summary:

We are seeking an Adobe Analytics professional to own end-to-end digital measurement across web and mobile, covering tracking design, implementation, data quality, and governance. The role plays a key part in evolving analytics capabilities towards Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and maintain the Solution Design Reference (SDR) including e Vars, props, events, naming conventions, and data layer contracts
Design and implement tracking using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (AEP Data Collection), and Web SDK
Translate business questions into scalable journey, feature, and experiment measurement frameworks
Own Adobe Launch properties, rules, extensions, custom code, and publishing workflows
Define and enforce analytics standards, governance, and data quality checks
Validate data accuracy, debug implementation issues, and resolve edge cases
Build and automate reports and dashboards enable insight-led decision making
Partner with Business, Engineering, Product, and CRO teams during discovery and delivery
Support adoption of Edge Network, AEP, and CJA through readiness assessments and recommendations
Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch / AEP Data Collection
Deep expertise in e Var/prop/event design, processing rules, report suites, VRS, and segments
Solid understanding of data layers and ability to work closely with engineering teams
Experience with Web SDK and modern event-based tracking models
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Exposure to mobile analytics (iOS / Android SDKs)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of privacy regulations is a plus

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.

The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
