Summary:

The Manufacturing Showcase Zone is one of our flagship innovation centers, and a key highlight for client visits. We are seeking a passionate SME to manage this Experience Zone and ensure it consistently delivers world-class client experience. In this role, you will plan and deliver high-impact demonstrations that showcase our manufacturing and production operations solutions, powered by emerging technologies. The position blends domain expertise, technical understanding, storytelling, and client engagement to create immersive experiences that support business development and accelerate digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to curate and maintain best-in-class showcases

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Serve as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing showcases in the Innovation Hub, coordinating across clients, client account leaders and solution delivery teams.
b) Lead customer visits end-to-end, with responsibility of visit planning, crafting storylines tailored to customer/ industry domain needs, environment setup etc.
c) Deliver clear, engaging, and consultative presentations of demos and solutions to clients and internal leadership, in collaboration with solution leads, emphasizing value and business outcomes.
d) Gather client questions, feedback, and needs, relaying insights to solution teams.
e) Maintain a deep knowledge of all available showcases and stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, digital twins). Ensure all demo environments, equipment, and systems are current and operational.
f) Review current showcases/ demos and ensure only the relevant and powerful ones are retained for demonstration
g) Facilitate the sourcing of new capabilities and solutions which encapsulate the best of digital transformation work we are doing in manufacturing.
h) Conceptualize and redesign the innovation hub layout to reflect business processes typical of manufacturing organizations.
i) Maintain an intelligent catalog of demos/ showcases available, along with speaker notes and FAQs to ensure the right demos are showcased to a client.
j) Work with top ecosystem partners towards showcasing partner solutions and proof of concepts esp. around their niche and latest offerings.
k) Partner with marketing and communications teams to showcase innovation initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have Skills:

a) Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain domain, including manufacturing strategy and processes, KPIs, industry trends and standards, sustainability etc. in at least one industry domain (viz. consumer goods, energy, industrial manufacturing, automotive, utilities, semiconductors etc.)
b) Strong thought leadership, client-centric articulation and compelling story-telling skills with the ability to bring creativity in experience design
c) Experience in innovation, presales, solutions consulting or similar roles.
d) Adept in senior stakeholder management and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Good to Have Skills:

a) Knowledge of industrial automation, IT-OT integration and IoT

Additional Information:

a) The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
b) BA/ B. Com, MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
c) This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
d) A 15 years full time education is required.
