As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. The position requires continuous interaction with teams to refine designs and adapt to evolving project demands, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving throughout the application development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate new application components effectively.
• Experience in application lifecycle management and design documentation.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
