Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable software. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes software to meet evolving business demands, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Must have S4 Hana Experience with Banking and treasury
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple system components.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A qualification as per Organization standards is required.
