Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises environments, ensuring that these systems are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI models to address complex challenges within projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth of junior team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of generative AI model integration and application development.
• Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and chatbot development.
• Ability to optimize AI pipelines for production environments ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Skilled in image processing and related AI methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
