Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall security posture of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to define security requirements, designing and building security components, and participating in testing efforts to ensure that all security measures are effective and compliant with industry standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing security risks and providing insights to enhance the security framework, ensuring that the organization remains resilient against potential threats.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met.
• Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. The candidate should be AI Native.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze security incidents and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
• Familiarity with security governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)..
• A 15 years full time education is required.
