    What would you do? The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering Recruitment and Administrative services aligned to Accenture-driven activities, ensuring hiring requirements are met across timelines, quality, and cost. The role manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and hiring levels, supporting workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, employer branding, and candidate experience. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients and is accountable for effective fulfillment of recruitment demand.
  • Talent Acquisition
  • End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce.
    Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
  • Ensure adequate staffing and skill alignment
  • Set goals, manage performance, and prepare scorecards
  • Drive training, knowledge development, and succession planning
  • Act as first point of escalation for people matters
  • Drive team engagement, morale, and retention initiatives
    Roles and Responsibilities: •Delivery & Client Management
  • Support workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Develop and maintain talent maps and success profiles for key roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, temporary, and professional roles
  • Execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, alumni, direct sourcing, and talent communities
  • Lead screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management
  • Ensure a timely, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Drive referral and alumni programs to strengthen pipelines
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Data, Governance & Reporting
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leaders
  • Share daily recruitment activity reports with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, approvals, and documentation
  • Manage SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; liaise with Service Management teams
  • Implement governance reviews and address delivery risks
  • Manage escalations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Operational Excellence & Collaboration
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain dashboards, visual management, and process controls
  • Partner with Business Excellence teams to drive OE initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with IT and BCM teams to ensure BCP/DR readiness
