Infra Tech Support Practitioner

THE WORK: Infrastructure is key to success. You will perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating and contributing in discussions. Your contributions will help provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
