Position: Senior Software Engineer – Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Consultant (Bengaluru)

Responsibilities:

Lead AI-driven solution design using GenAI and Agentic AI to solve complex business problems and enhance enterprise workflows.
Design, develop, and test Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Eligibility.
Translate functional requirements into efficient Fast Formula logic.
Collaborate with functional teams to validate business rules and formula outcomes.
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve issues.
Optimize and debug existing formulas.
Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, and BIP reports.
Document designs, test cases, and outcomes while meeting delivery timelines.

Skills:

Strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Ability to align AI capabilities with business goals and ensure scalable, responsible solutions.
3 to 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, including at least 2 years in Fast Formulas.
Knowledge of HCM data model, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, HDL, Extracts, PL/SQL, and debugging.
Understanding of HCM functional flows, security, and OIC or OTBI exposure.
Oracle HCM Cloud technical certification preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery and ability to work independently or in distributed teams.

Education:

15yrs full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
