Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Strong experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report writer tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance to meet user expectations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
