The work:

• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams across different business areas.

• Contribute to international projects by supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of business and digital initiatives (with guidance from experienced team members)

• Assist in analyzing and improving business processes across key areas (e.g. sales, customer experience (CX), and aftersales), identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency

• Research automotive industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across sales, marketing, and customer service to support client projects

• Support transformation initiatives related to digital platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes in the automotive sector

• Participate in project work using both agile and classic methodologies, building your consulting and project skills

• Continuously develop your knowledge in areas such as automotive trends, digital solutions, AI, and automation
