What would you do? Asset Servicing are a Global team, responsible for delivering Market Leading Support, Technology and Client Service in Corporate Action & Income aligned Investment Management. The group directly supports External Clients, Proprietary Trading Desks, Equity Finance, Prime Brokerage and a number of other key Business Partners with end to end Corporate action and Income processing.
What are we looking for? Qualification / Education Required: A level / Degree Educated Experience Preferred Work experience in Mandatory (including Dividends & Coupons) or Voluntary Corporate Action events for Investment banking operations is mandatory. Skills / Aptitude Required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with good time management, Prioritizing tasks and able to meet deadlines • Keen analytical skills and the ability to develop effective solutions • Be a team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm • Experienced in MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of all Corporate action types and ISO swift messaging types for CA. Languages • Must be fluent in English
    Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%) This position is for a Sr.Analyst role in the Corporate actions department supporting Global markets Successful candidates will be part of the team in a challenging environment to help the firm managing the corporate action events accurately and deliver low Assets at Risk numbers which is crucial to the firm s risk & control. Key elements of the role are:

  • Process the Mandatory Corporate Action / Voluntary Corporate Action events effectively across key dates
  • Reconcile the CA events & pay to client on time
  • Monitor, Investigate and take action to resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis
  • Be the Subject matter expert of process
  • Manage the High demanding prime brokerage clients requirements
  • Liaise with front office, middle office, oversight, trade support groups, agents / counterparties
  • Monitor to make sure all the system exception queues are cleared on a daily basis
  • Perform any other adhoc business requirement eg; Update/ review of Procedure documents, participating in UAT, supporting in Audit requirements etc..
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
