Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
• Competence in writing clean, maintainable code and performing unit testing to ensure software quality.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
