Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong React.js and AWS expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React.js, Redux state management, and a proven track record of leading development projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities -:

• Lead the development of complex web applications using React.js and Redux

• Architect scalable front-end solutions and establish best practices for the team

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications

• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have skills

• React.js and AWS.

• 7+ years of overall software development experience

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux state management

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ES6 features, HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries

• Proven experience in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services

• Excellent understanding of responsive design principles

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) - Knowledge of TypeScript

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
