Summary:

As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. This role requires orchestrating comprehensive analyses that encompass customer behavior, financial metrics, operational workflows, and competitive landscapes. The position demands a strategic approach to transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support enhanced business decisions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align analytical outcomes with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that data-driven strategies are effectively implemented and continuously refined.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of analytical models that drive business value and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
• Strong capability in managing large-scale data integration and transformation processes.
• Ability to apply advanced data modeling techniques to support complex analytical requirements.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and project tracking.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
