Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
