We are looking for a Power App/Power Automate Specialist who specialize in gathering and analyzing data, preparing report by understanding the right representation technique for a given data set, create and implement process improvements throughout the reporting process. He/she will be liaising with business and technology teams to generate the reports. Expertise in Power App/Power Automate is expected from the potential candidate. Power App developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform technologies to streamline workflows, integrate data, and enhance business efficiency. These professionals work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational needs across various industries.
What are we looking for? • 4+ years of experience for the desired candidate who need to be excellent in writing Power Apps and Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate • Strong domain knowledge in Retail Industry domain • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, accustomed to work in a team environment with tight schedules and capable of working efficiently under pressure. Do POCs to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Power BI to customer • Bachelor s degree in engineering or science or equivalent graduates with minimum 4 years of experience • Very strong SQL skills in at least one DB technology i.e. Teradata or any other database like Oracle, UDB. Teradata skills are preferred • Understanding of ETL process- good database knowledge and experience, should be able to write complex SQL queries • Good Hands-on Azure Stack – Azure SQL Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Analysis Services (AAS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum overall 5-7 years of experience in leading Analytics projects for large Retail clients • Develop custom applications using Power Apps for specific business scenarios, ranging from simple forms to complex enterprise solutions • Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate, such as approvals, notifications, and data synchronization • Integrate Power Apps with databases like Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Share Point, or external APIs for seamless data management • Build interactive visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to enable data-driven decision making and monitor business performance • Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that add business value • Ensure the security and compliance of applications, implementing protocols like role-based access control and encryption • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing applications • Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality application delivery
