About the role

The primary objective of this position is to manage the budget planning activities (PLN, LRP and LBE), actuals monitorization and related deliverables of the HQ for INTL, iCEX and IMAP organizations, as well as leading the INTL HQ (IMCO, IMAP and HQ) PTP activities, ensuring the right support to the organization, as well as the right internal controls in place, including the OEC controls. This position requires a senior collaborative individual, results oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, with good presentation and storytelling skills, able to perform with a high degree of autonomy and pro-activity in identifying and proposing solutions to the INTL HQ leaders. This position will be responsible also to manage the PTP team. The reporting line is to the IMCO Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage i Cex, IMAP and HQ INTL LBE, PLN and LRP budgeting, in coordination with respective VP’s / teams, including the preparation of the story-telling and related analytics and decks for INTL leaders review;

  • Manage i Cex, IMAP and HQ INTL budget: actual monitoring (Track commitment vs PO, etc), identify corrective actions to ensure the respect of the budgets approved;

  • SPOC / SRM approval matrix: coordination of periodic review and updates;

  • Support FD on i Max initiatives and other spend optimization initiatives (buy better / spend better) for IMCO, IMAP and INTL HQ;

  • Create the necessary analytics to monitor spend, leveraging on PSM organization and on current spend analytics tools;

  • Monitor INTL DPO initiative, working directly with PSM organization to identify drivers of performance, as well as identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Coordinate PTP team an ensure the right level of support for IMCO, IMAP and INTL HQ organizations, with the right level of backup system in place;

  • Ensure the right level of internal controls for PTP activities, including OEC controls;

  • Drive for the PTP process improvements, working closely with the FD, as well as the relevant stakeholders, such as BSG, FSS and others;

  • Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required,

  • Requires +7 years of Accounting or Finance experience, with experience in PTP activities, ideally in the pharma industry;

  • People leader experience;

  • Strong analytical skills – able to synergize data into information to make decisions, able to make recommendations and proposals;

  • Demonstrated ability working in a matrix organization, building strong partnerships, influencing without direct authority and accessing available resources;

  • Process focused with experience in implementing process improvements or other change management initiatives;

  • Ability and desire to proactively search and direct efforts to find solutions and achieve results;

  • Strong communication skills, able to summarize complex business dynamics into deliverables for executives;

  • Ability to operate independently, managing multiple processes and meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities;

  • Project Management skills and experience;

  • High system literacy, specially in Power Bi, as well as knowledge in SAP, SRM, HFM, TM1, etc;
