About the role

The Marketing Analyst supports the Marketing team in the execution and follow-up of strategic marketing initiatives for the Aesthetic Medicine portfolio.

This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, tracking tactical plan performance, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

The position requires a highly organized, proactive, and analytical profile with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and interest in the aesthetics and healthcare industry.

Marketing Execution

  • Support implementation of brand plans and tactical initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate development and execution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage timelines and follow-up with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support congresses, workshops, trainings, and customer engagement activities.
  • Ensure execution excellence across all marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication materials and customer-facing initiatives.

Marketing operations & Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, and Procurement teams.

  • Support budget tracking and administrative follow-up of marketing activities.

  • Support creation and follow-up of purchase orders (POs), vendor setup processes, and invoice tracking.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal procurement teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support for marketing activities, contracts, and financial internal processes.

  • Assist in management and follow-up of contracts, payment processes, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in marketing, preferably within: pharmaceutical industry, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, beauty / dermocosmetics, healthcare companies.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Power

Point and Excel:

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • CRM/digital knowledge is a plus
  • Intermediate English
