JOB DESCRIPTION:

职位目标 Job Purpose:

In order to support the construction of the company's equipment maintenance management system, the digitalization of maintenance processes and the promotion of technology standardization, assist engineering and technical managers to carry out the technical management and on-site maintenance execution of the whole life cycle of equipment, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of production equipment; By implementing equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, fault handling, data recording and process execution, improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment and reduce downtime losses; At the same time, it cooperates with the completion of spare parts management, instrumentation calibration, and new equipment maintenance system implementation, providing front-line technical implementation and support for the efficient operation of the company's equipment management system and the achievement of production and operation goals.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the diagnosis, repair, and emergency handling of mechanical and electrical failures on production equipment, ensuring stable equipment operation. Execute routine maintenance tasks and strengthen on‑site operational maintenance fundamentals.

Support the Engineering & Technical Manager in building and improving the company’s equipment maintenance management system. Actively participate in the development, execution, and optimization of PM (Preventive Maintenance) plans, and facilitate the scientific transition from PM to AM (Autonomous Maintenance), ensuring the implementation of standardized maintenance workflows.

Participate in the company’s lean production initiatives, supporting the implementation and training of the Lean 14‑step methodology and the Six Systems. Provide lean improvement suggestions from the equipment maintenance perspective to enhance operational efficiency and management performance.

Support maintenance digital transformation, including equipment maintenance data collection, reporting, and analysis. Drive KPI tracking, spare‑parts digital management, and dynamic inventory control. Assist in defining and executing equipment failure classifications (Critical/Major/Middle/Minor).

Focus on key equipment maintenance performance indicators, monitoring and analyzing MTTR, MTBF, and repeat failure data. Identify weak components and establish targeted management strategies to develop data‑driven maintenance optimization solutions.

Take responsibility for the plant‑wide calibration of instruments and meters. Explore and apply digital methods for calibration process tracking, data retention, and issue closure, ensuring calibration accuracy and compliance.

Perform installation and validation tasks for replacement equipment, draft equipment maintenance SOPs, and develop maintenance documentation for new equipment/production lines. Contribute to the enhancement of the standardized maintenance framework and promote process standardization and traceability.

Support the department in consolidating maintenance experience and developing standardized documentation. Participate in the implementation and application of digital O&M (Operations & Maintenance) tools, and complete additional maintenance system optimization or digital transformation tasks assigned by the manager.

任职条件Qualifications:

Associate degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

5–8 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer, with solid electro‑mechanical maintenance capabilities. Proficient in reading electrical schematics, skilled in basic PLC programming and debugging, and experienced in troubleshooting electrical components such as inverters and sensors. Able to independently resolve complex issues in integrated electromechanical equipment.

Familiar with equipment maintenance management systems, with hands‑on experience implementing PM / PM‑to‑AM processes. Knowledgeable in statistical and analytical methods for key O&M indicators such as MTTR and MTBF.

Experience in lean production initiatives, with understanding of the Lean 14‑step methodology and the AM Six Systems. Capable of driving lean improvements from the perspective of equipment operations and maintenance.

Experience with maintenance digitalization projects, including participation in equipment management system implementation and maintenance data digitalization. Possess basic data collection, statistical, and analytical skills.

Hands‑on experience with instrument calibration, capable of independently performing calibration operations and completing data recording tasks.

**Strong problem‑solving ability, execution capability, and pressure resilience,**able to respond quickly to on‑site maintenance needs with strong logical thinking.

Strong teamwork and communication skills, willing to consolidate maintenance experience into standardized documentation. Proficient in Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint, and other office software.
