JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell Abbott brands and unique value propositions to existing players (HHG, Momo, Shopee, etc.).
- Nurtures productive business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels.
- Leverage e-commerce marketing, sales analytics, CRM data and other measures (as required) to coordinate, track and adapt programs/campaigns accordingly.
- Work with e Commerce manager to present marketing plans, specific programs, shopper insights, latest research and best practices to the Customer and Brand teams for their input, support and alignment.
- Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with strategic e-Retailers /e Commerce pure players.
- Innovate the use of ecommerce tools and platforms to deliver different types of customer/business value to a variety of customers to drive engagement and the digital path to purchase in alignment with key account strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Training) to plan and execute ecommerce brand strategy and improve the quality of customer insights.
- Conduct strategic negotiations with key account decision-makers and stakeholders to achieve win-win solutions that deliver unique value to key account organizations and drive long-term, profitable results for Abbott brands.
- Conduct historical analysis at the department/item level to determine growth and optimize inventory.
- Monitor secondary service level and aligned service level from distributors to the ecommerce channels and check on-hand inventory versus customer orders and coordinate additional stock as required.
- Conduct customer supply chain meetings to pre-empt problems and provide solutions on customer, supply, demand, pricing losses.
- Identify areas of “lost sales” based on inventory and make supply recommendations.
- Manage budget, operational cost and agency / partner investments for all e Commerce related activities while enabling business delivery via deep ROI analysis on trade plan spending.
- Ensure product content is compliant with basic and enhanced standards including establishing A+ content for Abbott products on e-retailers and basic/enhanced content on targeted sites.
- Drive profitable growth by driving matrix intervention on volume, pricing and portfolio profit margin.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Years of experience: Overall 4+ years
- Any industry-specific experience needed: e Commerce, FMCG, Nutrition supplement
