JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding initiatives that make a difference.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers, entry- and mid-level positions.

  • Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings.

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.

  • Assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates.

  • Managing the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and extension.

  • Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday).

  • Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores.

  • Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, geographically diverse organization.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.

  • Working knowledge of Workday and other applicant tracking systems.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate relationship management tools.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
