遵守安全和质量标准作业规范，负责对生产设备进行操作、日常点检、巡查等工作，确保设备正常运行。

遵守质量标准作业规范，负责产线物料的管理，确保使用正确的物料，生产出合格的成品。Comply with quality standard operating procedures, manage and ensure the correct materials are used. 负责对生产过程中的设备故障进行及时处理，保障生产顺利进行。遇到无法解决的问题，按照汇报流程及时汇报，主动与技术员/组长/工程人员沟通发生的问题，协助工程部完成设备故障的排查与修复保证设备运行效率。

Responsible for handling equipment failures in a timely manner during production to ensure smooth production, In case of any unsolvable problems, timely report them according to the reporting process, proactively communicate with technicians / line leaders / engineers about the problems assist the engineering department in completing the troubleshooting and repair of equipment malfunctions, to ensure the equipment efficiency.

负责生产过程中所有记录的填写，包括质量，安全，设备维保等记录，确保记录完整、真实、准确及时。

Responsible for filling in all records during the production process, including quality, safety, equipment maintenance, etc., ensuring that the records are complete, authentic, accurate, and timely..

配合工程部门，参与设备的维修保养工作，确保设备维护质量。

Cooperate with the engineering department to participate in equipment repair and maintenance work to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance.

负责所管辖区域内的环境卫生和 5S 工作，确保工作场所整洁有序，提高工作效率和产品质量

Responsible for environmental hygiene and 5S in the area under their responsibility, ensuring a clean and orderly workplace and improving work efficiency and product quality.

协助组长进行产线人员安排和管理(包含纪律，安全，质量合规操作等各方面培训和管理)，确保生产计划的顺利实施。

Assist the line leader in arranging and managing the employees (inciding training and management in various aspects such as discipline, safety, quality compliance operations, etc.), ensuring the smooth implementation of production plans.

主要指标:熟练掌握设备操作和调机技能，产量，HPU，OEE 等指标均达到各自设定的目标要求。Main target: Master equipment operation and adjustment skills, and achieve the target requirements for production, HPU, OEE and others. 完成组长委派的其他各项工作。

工作经验:有一年以上的设备操作经验

电脑应用:能够操作简单的 Excel电子表。

英语能力:经过培训能够应用简单词汇及工作相关的缩写。5

English Skilt: be able to understand and apply simple vocabulary and work-related abbreviations after training
