Base Sales (売上)のUpを主な目的とし、既存顧客の満足度を上げることで確実に契約更新を行う。高い信頼関係のもと、主にAdd onを獲得し、アボットのトータルソリューションを顧客に提供する。
中規模施設への機器導入を図る。
【業務内容】

  • 新規製品・既存の製品を拡販を行う- 顧客のニーズを把握し、有用な情報を提供する
  • 顧客の課題を把握し、解決策を提供する
  • 顧客に臨床的情報を提供する
  • 既存の契約を確実に更新するために有効な顧客訪問を行う
  • 競合相手の動向に注視し、社内で情報を共有する
  • 各種ツールを活用しビジネスステップの進捗を図る
  • 薬事法に則りアボットジャパンや事業部の手順に従いクレームへの対応を行う。
  • 戦略に沿った営業活動や説明会、講演会等の教育、啓蒙活動を実施する
  • 顧客毎、製品毎の実績管理を行う
  • 毎月、販売実績のレビュー、と次月のプランを作成する
