About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Manage the training and development activities for the sales area with focus on policy and strategy implementation to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the activities of identification of necessities, definition, coordination and programming behavioral training courses for the sales force, aiming at motivate and increase the efficiency of the team.
