JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities:
-
Review Endo promotional plans with Endo Manager and ensure resources are planned.
-
Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for Endo product lines.
-
Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with on time report for management review.
-
Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share.
-
Identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers.
-
Work closely with sales team /Distributors to deliver credible presentation/ education to HCP, business partner and customer whenever necessary.
-
Manipulate routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training, handling customer inquiries, etc.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
University graduate or above preferable medical devices, health care management field at least 3-6 years sales/ marketing experience
-
Nurse or cath lab related working experience will be preferable
-Excellent spoken and written of English and local language
-Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
