The Opportunity

This position works out of our Woodridge St. Paul, MN location in the Structural Heart division.

Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

As an R&D Technician you will: Apply subject matter knowledge to assist and support the designing of new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products.

What You’ll Work On

  • Under limited supervision assist in the design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process
    by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
  • Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
  • Assists in the planning, design, and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish
    product and/or customer specifications.
  • Supports performance testing of prototypes accordingly to verify product reliability and performance requirements.
  • Assists in the development of engineering documentation for new products or product changes.

Required Qualifications

-High School Diploma or GED Requried

-An equivalent combination of education and work experience

-Associates/Technical Degree Preferred

-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

The base pay for this position is

$27.85 – $55.65/hour
