The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Services teams within Rapid Diagnostics. In this highly visible role, you will shape and deliver IT strategy, ensuring innovative, compliant technology solutions that drive business value and support regulatory excellence.
What You’ll Work On
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into an aligned IT roadmap and prioritized portfolio
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Services stakeholders to advance key systems (e.g., eQMS, CAPA, PLM, audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and compliance training)
- Lead demand intake, portfolio governance, and investment planning aligned to business priorities and regulatory commitments
- Ensure IT solutions meet regulatory, validation, data privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP)
- Collaborate with IT delivery, platform, and support teams to execute initiatives and realize business value
- Build and influence strong relationships across business, IT, and external vendor partners
- Oversee program delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and escalations
- Drive process improvements through scalable, compliant technology solutions across global cross-functional teams
- Maintain governance and lifecycle controls for regulated systems, including validation, change management, and inspection readiness
- Manage IT budgets, capital investments, and ROI while optimizing resource utilization
- Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8–10 years of IT experience within a mid-to-large multinational life sciences organization
- Proven experience in IT business relationship management, strategy development, and portfolio management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and/or complex programs
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, including security and data privacy considerations
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in relevant field)
- Experience supporting Quality and/or Regulatory functions within life sciences
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks and data privacy regulations
- Experience driving digital transformation or implementing enterprise systems in regulated environments

The base pay for this position is
$113,300.00 – $226,700.00
