- Maintain expert knowledge of Abbott products, EP therapies, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Represent Education at congresses and events, supporting Abbott’s Education Village as needed.
- Manage training timelines and projects with autonomy, ensuring successful execution.
- Apply your knowledge of clinical practice, device technology, program management and communication to drive training excellence.
- Perform additional related duties when required.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, plus progressive experience in clinical education or a related discipline.
- Strong clinical understanding of EP and EP products, including 3D mapping systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural, and geographically dispersed environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and public‑speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across EMEA.
- Previous experience in Education & Training is an asset (not mandatory).
