The Opportunity

This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Execute change control process for quality and controlled documentation; policies, processes, procedures, etc. Applies document formatting, editorial corrections; rendering documents to .pdf format and ensures that changes made to controlled documents are appropriate, justified, and properly approved by responsible governance functions according to established procedures. Manages daily document flow within the document control system to maintain defined service levels. Tracks change requests to completion; contributes to metric reporting and analysis and problem solving related to documentation management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Completes assigned training on time.

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.

Executes doc control process to ensure timely processing of change requests for our customers.

Performs rotational tasks within the doc center as define by management including training of change request initiators and approvers; Modifies departmental policies and procedures in accordance with divisional requirements.

Accountable for applying BTS process and procedures accordingly in document management process.

Accountable for customer interaction with other corporate customers serviced by the BTS doc center in accordance with established process/procedures.

Accountable for professionalism and high level of customer service/interactions with corporate and BTS customers.

Determines and develops approach and solutions to problem.

Work is reviewed by management to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma; Associates or higher degree preferred

Minimum 1-year experience with controlled documents processes or in an administrative role.

Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (soft skills)

Self-starter; works with minimal supervision; works well in a team environment.
