The Opportunity

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a SFE Manager, you will design a well-aligned, incentivized sales force with optimal structure, territories, and deployment, supported by integrated data and real-time KPI tracking across digital and face‑to‑face channels, and customized brand/channel programs to drive productivity and end‑to‑end business results

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize Sales force efficiency & effectiveness

  • Development, Delivery & implementation.

  • Integrate, monitor & analyze performance data, sales activities & other support recommendations via sales management team.

  • Drive programs related to size & structure, territory design, alignment, account management, segmentation & targeting.

  • Integrate ethical, trade (Merchandisers/ Product Ambassadors) and CRM to develop SFE programs which drive business needs.

  • Evaluate & track sales force activities across all platforms (SFA and digital/remote).

  • Generate insights and monitor results against needs of key stakeholders, implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with other functions to develop transparent, systematic and automatic tools to provide in-depth analytics and measurements,

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • Strong understanding of HCP sales environment & digital literacy with a systems-thinking approach to integrating digital as a core component of strategy.

  • Effective negotiation & collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Strong data management & analytics expertise.

  • Knowledge of salesforce automation and ability to translate processes into desired outcomes
