JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:

Business Systems Analyst Intern:

• Learn and apply Jira story writing best practices using Percipio training resources

Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and the Summit platform under mentorship

• Assist senior analysts in documenting user stories and business requirements

• Support the creation of comprehensive PowerPoint presentations documenting various Salesforce functionalities

• Help analyze current system usage and identify optimization opportunities under senior guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• BS Computer Science – Completed or currently enrolled in Final Semester

• Basic understanding of business processes and system workflows

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Added Advantage:

• Familiarity with any project management or ticketing tool (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)

• Exposure to writing user stories or business requirement documents

• Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology

• Prior exposure to any CRM or enterprise business application

• Understanding of basic data concepts such as entities, relationships, and reporting
